A eminent Financial Services company in the City is looking to recruit an Team Assistant that has prior time served experience in the industry, you will be working within the Merchant Banking Division.
The role requires:
- Diary management, travel, expenses
- Booking and arranging internal and external meetings
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with other Team Assistants
- Maintaining accurate details on the system including contact information, travel ,holidays and absences
You must have strong written and verbal skills, able to multitask and have accuracy and high attention to detail.
