Trainee Finance Administrator

Sheppex Limited - Brasted Kent

Salary Negotiable – Dependent on experience.

Sheppex is an established finance brokerage specialising in providing asset finance to the printing industry and associated trades.  We are looking to appoint a full-time trainee sales administrator to support our experienced team finance specialists.

Duties will include:

  • Answering and transferring incoming calls
  • Preparing finance quotations
  • Loading finance proposals to online portals
  • Preparing draft finance documents
  • Liaising with the sales team, client’s, suppliers and our panel of finance companies
  • Updating our CRM Database
  • Scanning and filling signed documentation
  • Updating website
  • Managing petty cash
  • Other office duties

Skills / Characteristics Required:

  • A keen interested in business 
  • Good numerate skills are essential
  • Good literate skills
  • Good computer skills – (Word / Excel) 
  • A confident and polite telephone manor
  • A team Player
  • Ambition and desire to succeed
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willing to learn new skills
