Trainee Finance Administrator
Sheppex Limited - Brasted Kent
Salary Negotiable – Dependent on experience.
Sheppex is an established finance brokerage specialising in providing asset finance to the printing industry and associated trades. We are looking to appoint a full-time trainee sales administrator to support our experienced team finance specialists.
Duties will include:
- Answering and transferring incoming calls
- Preparing finance quotations
- Loading finance proposals to online portals
- Preparing draft finance documents
- Liaising with the sales team, client’s, suppliers and our panel of finance companies
- Updating our CRM Database
- Scanning and filling signed documentation
- Updating website
- Managing petty cash
- Other office duties
Skills / Characteristics Required:
- A keen interested in business
- Good numerate skills are essential
- Good literate skills
- Good computer skills – (Word / Excel)
- A confident and polite telephone manor
- A team Player
- Ambition and desire to succeed
- Strong work ethic
- Willing to learn new skills
