We support our schools to provide educational and operational excellence and to cultivate a strong Star community, with the aim of nurturing today's young people and inspiring tomorrow's leaders.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for a talented individual to assist and support the Head of Estates and Facilities Management in the strategic and operational planning and delivery of the service to the Trust and its Schools.
The successful candidate will support the Trust, its Schools and partner organisations on Estates and Facilities Management (FM) related matters, including but not limited to: property and site management, catering, cleaning, grounds services, energy management, health and safety and insurance.
You will have:
- 5 A*-C at GCSE including English and Maths
- A Levels or equivalent qualification
- Experience of drafting written materials for a variety of purposes and audiences
- Experience of the successful management of projects
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a sensitivity to the requirements of different audiences and an ability to adapt style accordingly
- The ability to maintain positive relationships with colleagues in the Trust and its schools and with external partners and outside bodies
- A willingness to undertake travel as part of the role.
