These posts represent an exciting opportunity to join a team of staff in Keele University’s School of Medicine. 

Based at the Royal Stoke University Hospital (RSUH) Campus, you will contribute to the provision of an efficient and comprehensive Administrative and Reception/Customer Service to the School of Medicine.

You will work within a team, providing support to the wider team alongside supporting the Reception desks at the Clinical Education Centre and Medical School, RSUH. Duties will include assisting with any ad hoc general administrative tasks, organising room bookings and providing a meet and greet service, monitoring and recording of student absences from teaching sessions, and ordering of supplies. You will work on the Reception desks ensuring they are covered until 5pm, being the first point of contact and providing excellent customer service for all student, staff and visitor queries.

You will have a minimum of 4 GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent) including Mathematics and English, or equivalent experience. Essential criteria include considerable recent experience in a similar role in both admin and reception, effective IT skills, good communication, interpersonal, organisational and teamwork skills, and the ability to work accurately with good attention to detail.
