Our client has an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and experienced leader to oversee their operational control centre, which is open 24/7 and encompasses the teams that are responsible for ensuring that their customers are supplied with high quality drinking water, at the right pressure, at the right time.

As a Senior Business Leader, you will have budgetary responsibilities and will be accustomed to driving an efficient strategy supply operation. Confident and approachable, you will liaise effectively with both internal and key external stakeholders, developing policies and procedures to ensure we continue to deliver on their commitment to always being effective, efficient and safe. You will take overall responsibility for incident and emergency management, monitoring the progress against agreed outcomes and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. 

Educated to degree level or equivalent in an Engineering or Science discipline or equivalent, you will have a successful background in a senior leadership role and will be accustomed to providing strategic plans for continued growth. You’ll have experience of leading diverse teams, motivating individuals to reach their potential and encouraging personal success. Communication is key to this role, and you will easily forge strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders and will provide a highly collaborative union across all areas of the business. Customer-focussed and commercially astute, you will understand the importance of the customers needs and requirements and demonstrate the drive to deliver their vision to be the leading, customer focused water company.
