You will provide leadership and effective management to develop a dynamic and forward thinking business growth vision, which is externally focused and will deliver sustainable opportunities for the College, to meet the requirements of the business and commercial sectors within Ayrshire and beyond.
You will be qualified to SCQF Level 9 (Degree or equivalent) within a subject area relevant to the role. You will have comprehensive experience in the leadership and management of an externally focused team within a Business Growth environment with proven success in developing business opportunities. An understanding of curriculum developments in Further Education and Scottish Government policy and strategy affecting Further and Higher Education, is essential.
