An in-house developer role for a new graduate, based in Fareham, near Southampton & Portsmouth

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is a successful specialist recruitment company based in Fareham and we are looking to strengthen our in-house software development team with a new IT Graduate Software Developer. We are a small to medium sized business based on the waterside Cams Hall Estate business park in Fareham, close to Portsmouth, Southampton and the M27 motorway.

About the role

As an integral part of our small Software development team, you will be trained in the development of a broad range of software solutions to support our database and website. The technology is based on the Microsoft platform and C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS and T-SQL are the core languages involved although you do not need experience of all of these.

The successful applicant will have a degree in software engineering or similar. You will be trained over time in all aspects of the development processes.

In addition to your degree, you will need to have a passion for software development and preferably some previous experience of software engineering through placements or academic projects. You should also:

• Be a fast learner
• Have some knowledge of one or more of the following - C#,ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript
• Have the ability and enthusiasm to learn new development tools and technology
