My client has an exciting opportunity to join their business as they look for an outstanding full time Tutor to join the team to support their Apprenticeship provision.

As demand for their services grows, this is your chance to join an award-winning company passionate about developing people.

The client has a direct SME contract for apprenticeship provision, are an EPAO and a main contract holder with a number of large levy payer accounts nationwide.

As well as a willingness to travel the individual must have knowledge and competence and experience to understand and deliver multiple new apprenticeship standards.

The successful candidate will have previous assessor/ tutor experience and will be expected to be at the Colchester office roughly once a month for meetings. My client are looking for a candidate who has experience delivering or can deliver:

* Business Administrator Level 3

* Customer Service Practitioner Level 2

* Customer Service Specialist Level 3

* Learning and Development Practitioner Level 3

* Team Leader Level 3

* Associate Project Manager Level 4

Additionally, if the candidate could also deliver:

* Learning and Development Consultant Level 5

* Operations Department Manager Level 5

The client work with a range of public and private sector clients across the UK to train both new and existing staff through the new apprenticeship standards.

Without limitation duties will include:

* Visiting/observing learners in their place of work to gather evidence towards their qualifications.

* Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.

* Support, advise and motivate learners.

* Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.

* Carry out reviews with learner and liaise with employers, completing supporting documentation.

* Ensure apprentices can carry out necessary activities in the workplace and develop a plan of learning with employers.

* Mark and support e-portfolio completion. OneFile experience preferred.

* Experience of Salesforce is also preferred.

* Developing material / learner resource.

* Organising schemes of work/ lesson plans.

* Writing curriculum.

* Teaching in a classroom.

* Travel.

* Quality assurance.

* Support for our centre manager
