An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administration Manager to join our thriving business. This role is based at our head Office in Smethwick and will report to our Compensations and Benefits Manager.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain the day to day work allocation of the HR and Training Administration team to ensure business needs are met.
Additional responsibilities will include:

Coaching and mentoring the HR and Training Administration Team in understanding the processes and procedures
*
Producing a high level of proactive customer service to all internal and external customers
*
Leading, motivating and inspiring the team in the development of continuous improvement by identifying 'focus' areas
*
Reviewing the team's personal skills on a quarterly basis and empower them to take ownership to drive self-development
*
Producing a monthly report of Service Level Agreement and Right First-Time performance and addressing areas of under-performance
*
Managing the HR and Training Administration Team including Absence, Health and Safety, performance reviews and identifying personal development plans
About You
Passionate about providing outstanding service, you will thrive operating in an environment where working efficiently under pressure and at pace is key to your success.
You should have a good level of people management experience, involving direct accountability for motivating and leading a high performing team. Previous experience of administration / office management is essential. In addition, we'll also expect you to:

Have strong reporting and data analysis skills together with a strong working knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUPs and formulas
*
Be preferably CIPD Level 3 or working towards a CIPD qualification
*
Have good data management skills and knowledge of data compliance
*
Be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
*
Be very well organised, with ability to work to tight deadlines and varying and sometimes conflicting priorities
