A vacancy has arisen for a Receptionist to work in our St Austell Office. This is a part time opportunity working 12pm- 5.15pm Monday to Friday.
The Role:
The purpose of this role is to provide a high quality reception and administrative service. A friendly and professional client facing and telephone manner is essential.
You will also be responsible for co-ordinating bookings of meeting rooms, greeting clients and dealing with their enquiries, and general reception duties including post You must also be willing to assist others with administrative duties.
Are you the right person?
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a focus on quality client care. You will ideally be used to working in a busy and highly professional legal practice.
The position would suit someone who is highly organised, accurate, proactive and who is also approachable and flexible. Attention to detail is essential.
You should be used to dealing with a busy and varied workload with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
