This vacancy is available for the person who can fulfil the following roles:-
- Previous varied office roles essential
- Purchasing and sales knowledge
- Basic knowledge of computer systems mainly WORD and EXCEL
- Excellent communication skills via email and telephone
- Organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
- Planning and preparation skills to implement the process of received customers orders to the despatch of customers goods and associated services.
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure as an individual and part of the team
- On a daily to assist and liase between the Marketing Manager, Service Engineers and the Production team.
- Database and general management
- Email and telephone duties
- Helping with general customer enquiries
- Helping with general suppliers enquiries
- Sales admin support
- Be part of the team and work in a professional and helpful manner at all times
