Monday to Friday – We have a flexible approach to working hours ( minimum 20 )

Salary – to be discussed at interview level

This vacancy is available for the person who can fulfil the following roles:-

Required qualifications;-

  • Previous varied office roles essential
  • Purchasing and sales knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems mainly WORD and EXCEL
  • Excellent communication skills via email and telephone
  • Organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Planning and preparation skills to implement the process of received customers orders to the despatch of customers goods and associated services.
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure as an individual and part of the team

General duties;-

  • On a daily to assist and liase between the Marketing Manager, Service Engineers and the Production team.
  • Database and general management
  • Email and telephone duties
  • Helping with general customer enquiries
  • Helping with general suppliers enquiries
  • Sales admin support
  • Be part of the team and work in a professional and helpful manner at all times
