IT Service Desk Analyst WJGI84780
We’re now looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st line support to the Watkin Jones Group.
Providing basic trouble shooting and advice to users, you will deal with software and hardware enquiries, logging all calls on the service desk systems. Assigning calls to System Analysts, you will deal with warranty issues and support issues with 3rd party companies and monitor mobile phone assets.
All that we ask is that you have strong customer service skills, general knowledge of software and software set ups and are competent in Windows 10 and Office 365.
