The Role: 

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support our activities that surround smaller sized jobs and contracts. 

Specifically, you will answer customer phone calls and emails, raise service calls, prepare quotes, raise orders, work with our internal IT systems and deal with records. 

Your role will involve: 

- Using a price book to create estimates and quotes for small works 
- Following-up outstanding quotes with customers 
- Raising jobs on the system and ensuring they are checked 
- Sending invoices for completed work 
- Supporting the creation of certifications and operations and maintenance manuals 
- Entering and maintaining records on our system 
- Working closely with other team members to enable the transition from Small Works into the Service Department 

About You: 

- Previous administration experience 
- A good level of IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office programmes 
- An organised and thorough approach 
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work to deadlines 

You may have previously held the position of Small Works Administrator, Service Administrator, Office Administrator, Office Administrator, Order Processor, Estimation Administrator, or Admin Assistant.
