Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for our client based in Newark
LTD pay rates for the role of HGV 1 driver are as follows:
* Monday to Friday Days - GBP12.75 per hour
* Monday to Friday Nights - GBP13.50 per hour
* Saturday - GBP15.50 per hour
* Sunday - GBP18.10 per hour
We are delighted to offer long term regular ongoing work. Shifts are available on all start times across 7 days and average shift length is 11 hours.
PAYE and LTD drivers are welcome!
This temporary role could lead to a possible permanent position.
Your time at work
As an HGV Class 1 driver, the work will involve Class 1 Depot Delivery work. You will be responsible for all aspects of Transportation of Electrical & White goods, ensuring health and safety is followed at all time. You will expect between 2 and 4 drops per shift with tail lift or tailor swap. No nights out. Full paid induction day. Our client's continuous growth is a testimony to their increasing success and this site operates all year round so will provide each driver with a long term ongoing assignment. In return for your commitment we can offer regular shifts and start times that suit you. Regular weekend work available and part time HGV drivers are also welcome to apply.
Our perfect worker
As an HGV LGV Class 1 driver, you will ideally have -
* 24 months HGV driving experience
* No more than 6 points
* Digi card and DQC
