We have an opportunity for a Assistant Manager to join our team based in our Lichfield Centre. If you are successful, you will be joining us on a full time, permanent basis and you will receive a competitive salary of GBP20,000 - GBP30,000 per annum + a range of fantastic benefits.

Purpose of the Assistant Manager Role:
- Assist the Performance Manager in all aspects of centre management
- Deliver training sessions as required
- Assist in ensuring an excellent learning experience for all students
- Contribute towards driving quality improvement
- Safeguard the welfare of all students, preventing radicalisation and promoting British Values
Key responsibilities as our Assistant Manager will include:
- Assisting PM in achieving performance outcomes & undertaking projects to improve centre results
- Supervising staff and deputising in the absence of PM
- Co-ordinate training programme, including reporting absence and arranging cover, and co-ordination of rooms, resources, exams, invigilation and centre meetings
- Dealing with centre issues (including behavioural & safeguarding), upholding standards & driving a high-expectations culture
- Conduct observations of key processes - reviews and TLA - providing feedback that improves performance/quality
- Lead on student progress meetings, compile reports and projections to Performance Manager
- Ensure GCSE students are retained and engaged to exam dates
- Lead and co-ordinate absence management and retention of students, taking effective actions and ensuring targets are met
- Conduct file audits & provide feedback to staff that allows them to improve
