Location: Feltham

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

Job type: Full time, Permanent (Monday - Friday 0830 - 1700)

The Role:

To provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager and assist in the smooth running of the Head Office Admin Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Managing email inbox
  • Prepare letters and documents
  • Checking and coding purchase invoices and credit notes in relation to utility bills and supplier invoices
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Assist in managing daily floral orders including checking tributes in when delivered
  • Provide administrative support to Company Civil Celebrant including diary bookings
  • Collating Portable Electrical Equipment Inspections data on a monthly and annual basis
  • Order stationery from printers and stationery suppliers
  • Answer telephone in a clear, polite and confident manner, screen and direct calls
  • Management of multiple Outlook diaries
  • Greet visitors entering the building

Key Requirements:

  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Good working knowledge Outlook and Word software applications
  • Good working knowledge of Excel - creating and maintaining spreadsheets and updating reports
  • Good listening skills
  • Communicate effectively and sensitively with clients and staff at all levels
  • Ability to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality appropriate to the role
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated and happy to muck in
