Production/Machine Operator
We require production/machine operators to work in a high quality plastic moulding manufacturing environment.
Hours of work:
DD (Double Days - rotating shift)
Mon - Thur MORNING 06.00am - 14:15pm,
AFTERNOON 14:00pm - 22:15pm.
Friday MORNING 06.00am - 11.00am,
AFTERNOON 11.00am - 16:00pm
N (set Night shift)
Mon - Thur NIGHTS 22.00pm to 06.15am
Rates of pay
GBP8.21 p/h - DD shift (36 hours p/w)
GBP9.53 p/h - Night shift (31 hours p/w)
Duties
Duties will involve machine minding of plastic injection moulding machines, checking & trimming parts as they come off the machine, recording parts & scrap, & packing correctly. This role may also involve some basic assembly, working from route cards.
This is a temporary ongoing position which can become a permanent position for the right candidate, with potential for additional training and qualifications also possible.
Previous manufacturing experience & own transport a distinct advantage.
