Millfield is one of the largest independent, co-educational day and boarding schools (HMC) within the UK, providing a broad education to its pupils. Located in Street in Somerset, the school is set in 150 acres of beautiful campus with outstanding facilities including an Olympic sized pool, two gymnasiums, a golf course, equestrian centre, concert hall, theatre, art gallery and music centre.

Millfield is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Operations Manager to be responsible for the provision of high standards of operational service and facilities for the school community, ensuring that all areas run smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis.

You will be commercially minded and ideally possess experience of contract negotiation and system implementation. IT literate and highly organised with a flexible approach, you will have experience of dealing with stakeholders and staff at all levels, together with a proven track record of driving change and efficiencies in working practices. You will be able to work within strict legal frameworks and demonstrate compliance expertise, whilst coping with competing and changing demands and deadlines.
