Premises Assistant

Permanent/Full Time

Grade E - Salary Range £15,839 - £17,074pa

37 hours per week plus inset, overtime and evening working as required

Start date: 1 September 2019 or by negotiation

The Roseland Multi-Academy Trust currently consists of two secondary and two small primary schools.  The Trust’s vision is “Where Everyone Succeeds” and we put our staff at the heart of everything we do to create a team spirit in our highly successful schools.

A Premises Assistant is required to undertake general repairs and maintenance and support the Trust Premises Manager and Site Supervisor in maintaining the security, safety, cleanliness and upkeep of school buildings, grounds and facilities across The Roseland Academy and at other schools within the Trust.  You will also set up and provide practical support in arrangements for assemblies, meetings and events.  The successful applicant will be based at The Roseland Academy and will regularly travel to other schools within the Trust, as required. 

The successful candidate must be totally reliable, demonstrate excellent time keeping and practical skills, be adept at managing competing priorities and work well under pressure.  A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
