What you’ll do

Identify and solve problems. Answer queries. Sell Sky products. Based in our Sheffield Contact Centre, you’ll take calls from customers about billing and upgrades, as well as those having technical issues. As part of a supportive, fun and friendly team, your focus will be on having great conversations.

How you’ll do it

Communication is king. You’ll be warm, friendly and eager to help customers. You’ll love the challenge of dealing with a high volume of calls and smashing targets. Most of all, you’ll enjoy chatting to lots of different people and helping to resolve their issues.

Flexible shifts available – you choose!

We understand that if you’re studying or have a busy home life, it can be difficult to find a role that’s flexible enough to meet your needs. Therefore, we’ll allow you to choose from a selection of available shifts, as long you can work a minimum of 20 hours per week between the hours of 5pm and 10pm midweek and 8am – 10pm at weekends. Your selection must include a minimum of two midweek evenings and one weekend shift.

The start date for this role is 26th of August ’19 and training will be full time for 4 weeks.
