Sales Administrator

Moorcroft are looking to recruit a permanent part-time employee to support our sales team. The following skills are required:

  • The ability to process UK and export invoices/credits  Processing website orders
  • Liaising with customers with regards to orders, deliveries and pricing
  • Maintain account and product information in Sage
  • Maintain various spreadsheets of data for reporting purposes.
  • Accurate filing and archiving

The following skills are an advantage but not essential:

  • Experience in processing export shipments.

The successful candidate will initially be employed for a three- month trial period. Salary will be dependant on skill set. Hours to be confirmed, but likely to be in the region of 25-30.
