Our client is a leading national provider of retirement housing and care services for older people. They deliver affordable, contemporary housing, alongside person-centred care that meets individual needs, improves wellbeing and promotes independent living.
They are a not-for-profit organisation and operate in over 150 local authority areas-managing around 19,000 Retirement and Extra Care apartments. They are the largest provider of Extra Care providing both Housing and Care, with over 40,000 hours of care provided each week across over 120 Extra Care services.
Our client is currently recruiting for an Extra Care Manager for their services in the North West region, covering Birmingham, Warwickshire & Worcestershire. The post-holder will provide ongoing support to the business, ensuring they meet growth targets and operational management of the Extra Care schemes across the region.
They will work within an established Extra Care Management Team in this defined area, ensuring the properties and services meet the demands of residents and commissioning authorities.
The successful individual will meet the following requirements:
- Management experience of leading a complex multi-site service
- Business, Housing or Social Care management qualification
- Experience of managing and developing Extra Care services
- Strong IT skills
They will also value customers and show a commitment to the delivery of high-quality customer-focused services, and be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.
