The Role 

As the Head of Construction, you will oversee our Construction Department, ensuring targets are met and H&S procedures are followed at all times.  

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will manage a number of sites differing in size, complexity and challenge.  

You will be responsible for all staff and subcontracted personnel allocated to you, as well as the safety of all members of the public that attend the projects under your control. 

About You 

To join us as the Head of Construction, you will need: 

- Experience of working as a head of construction (or equivalent build experience)  
- A strong focus on H&S 
- A full, valid driving licence 
- The ability to influence and engage others
