Gi Group are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager in Cardiff.

This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Manager to take the reigns and continue the growth of this amazing branch.

Skills and experience

• General Administration

• Highly organised

• Team Leadership / Management experience

• Ability to motivate a sales / service team

• Payroll processing and dealing with pay queries advantageous

• Management of the Recruitment process

• Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook)

• Team player

• Strong communication skills (written and spoken)

• Planning & Attention to detail

• Flexibility

• Strong customer service skills

• A Flair for candidate attraction and management

• Experience in commercial, temporary and Perm recruitment

• Ability to adhere to high quality and compliance standards

• Sales - Strong desire to grow and win new business in the local area

Responsibilities / Tasks

Management

o Direct management of 2 Recruitment consultants.

o Forecasting, planning and budgeting.

o Invoice process management.

o Conduct Monthly performance reviews with team.

o Hold team meetings.

o Engage with the client and produce MI as required.

o Form relationships with key client stakeholders and internal Gi Group key personnel.

o Meet site KPIs

o Set objectives and tasks for team to ensure service delivery for clients.

Manage Recruitment process

o Post job adverts

o Schedule Recruitment sessions / Induction

o Actively source candidates to attend recruitment sessions using available online tools

o Attend job fairs and other initiatives to attract candidates

o Run recruitment sessions

o Interview candidates

o New starter packs - create packs and ensure all compliance standards are met

o Check right to work documentation

o Monitor the manning forecast and ensure we are able to fill all orders

o Keep in contact with candidates waiting to start

Payroll

o Run weekly Payroll

o Payroll checks

o Pay queries and adjustments

o Invoicing support to Head Office

o Liaise with Head Office and keep them informed of site activities in relation to payroll

Administration

o All personnel files to be at the Gi Group / Client required standards

o Employment referencing to client / company standards

o Auditing of Personnel files

o Supplying data and MI to Head Office and Gi Group Management
