ERP Controller- This position is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely successful organisation. Our client is an industry respected company based in the Redditch area, supplying the aerospace, oil and gas and high tech engineering sectors.
Reporting to the FD you will be responsible for the day to day control and reporting of the Company ERP system. Knowledge and previous experience of using an ERP/MRP system is essential to the role. The successful candidate will be IT literate with intermediate Excel skills as a minimum. We are looking for an individual from a manufacturing background with a passion for attention to detail, excellent written and verbal skills and a positive and resilient attitude.
ERP Controller Duties:
* Shop floor Data Collection monitoring and compliance
* Shop floor Data Collection analysis and reporting to include productivity and efficiency
* Job planning analysis and reporting
* create and manage reports on ERP system (E Max)
* Investigate variances in ERP system and report to Management
* Manage and develop the recording , monitoring and reporting of stock (finished goods, raw materials, work in progress) - quantity and volume
* Main point of contact with ERP provider
* Produce relevant KPI's
An understanding of Financial Costing and previous experience in Aerospace or the Automotive sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
