The opportunity has arisen for a Quality & Service Improvement SME to work with our award winning, public sector client, based in Wolverhampton.

The initial contract would be for 3 months, but this would be reviewed again nearer the time. The hourly rate would be approx. GBP15-17 per hour PAYE (or the umbrella equivalent, as this role is inside IR35). This role is full time, 37 hours per week.

Located in the heart of the city of Wolverhampton, they offer a modernised working environment with great transport links and flexible working hours.

The purpose of this role is:

To lead and take responsibility for all aspects of Quality and Improvement, including all aspects which impact on our customers and business relationships.

Support The Quality & Improvement Manger in all aspects of employee supervision for the Service Desk Team including Annual Leave, Sickness, Appraisals and all other administrative duties relating to employee supervision and support.

Responsible for continuous improvement to provide a more efficient and effective service to our customers, streamline processes and reduce costs.
