Linc-Cymru are offering the opportunity to join our team as a Maintenance & Compliance Inspector. With over 4500 homes across South Wales, plus various ExtraCare and Nursing Homes, we are looking for someone who enjoys variety in their working week – no two days will be the same! The role will include tasks from touching up paint to changing light bulbs, so a varied skill set is required. If you are a hands-on worker, who enjoys problem solving and thinking outside the box – this is the role for you!
You will have the opportunity to work alongside internal clients, contractors, tenants and our dedicated Health & Safety Team to maintain the excellent customer service that we provide.
As you will be travelling between locations, the ability to manage your own time and work load effectively is essential to succeed in this role.
You will meet our residents and tenants on your travels, so a friendly and professional approach while you work in their home is essential.
This role will be based from our Head Office on Newport Road, Cardiff, but due to the nature of the role you will need to be willing to travel and have a current driving licence.
