Job Title: Health & Safety, Environental Officer

Location: Redditch

Salary: GBP28,500 - GBP30,000 p.a.

Shift: Mon - Friday

I'am currently recruiting for a Health, Safety & Environmental Officer to work with a tier one & two supplier into the Automotive industry. As Health, Safety & Environmental Officer you will be responsible for generating, implementing and auditing H&S policies whilst continuously promoting good standards across the manufacturing facility.

Duties:

• Maintaining on-site management systems (ISO14001)
• Conducting ISO14001 audits
• Analysing and assessing environmental performance data
• Reviewing/adjusting current procedures & processes in order to improve safety and limit risk to employees
• Maintaining high levels of quality across production
• Ability to identify risks and implement appropriate actions

The successful candidate for the Health & Safety, Environmental Officers position will have the following experience:

• 3-5 years experience working as a Health & Safety & Environmental Officers position (Essential)
• Reviewing and maintain Environmental Management Systems and lead annual external audits (ISO14001:2015) (Essential)
• Ability to problem solve with a pragmatic approach to work (Essential)
• IMEI/NEBOSH Certified (Desirable)
