Reward Advisor

KM4HR are delighted to once again partner with our client, a leading international Media business based in London who are currently looking to add a Reward Advisor in this newly created role.

This role is responsible for accurately preparing and processing the organisations Benefits scheme, various responsibility include

• Part of the wider Reward team with a focus around Benefits
• Being main point of contact to employers for all benefit matters
• Maintain productive and positive business relationships
• General HR Office Duties
• Preparation and calculation of incentive schemes
• Understanding of Payroll and Payroll systems

Skills & Experience required

• 2 years + Reward and or Junior generalist experience
• strong excel skills including v-lookups, macros etc.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Lead & deliver exceptional customer value.
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Experience of working in a medium to large business Reward function
