Simple are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join one of Berkshires leading Golf Clubs.
As well as cooking from fresh on the day for the Club House and Bar Menu' the Kitchen also caters for events ranging from Working Lunches to 5 Course Captains Dinners as well as the Health Club Restaurant.
Due to the nature of the catering across two kitchens an onus kitchen and labour management is desired as well as sound cooking skills.
Not only is the Golf Club a beautiful environment to work in but also offers straight shifts five days out of seven with an early / late shift pattern.
There is ample room to develop new skills and hone existing ones, as well as training, coaching and career progression within a nationalHospitality and Catering company.
Due to the nature of this position the role would suit a Chef looking to progress into a more senior role or a Candidate looking for more structure and stability in their career to enjoy weekend, evenings, bank holidays away from the stoves.
