Where will you be based?

You will be based out of one of our two midlands offices in Nottingham. Our Head Office is just off Junction 28 of the M1 in Huthwaite (NG17 2HW), and our other office is based in Annesley just off Junction 27 of the M1 (NG15 0DR)

What will you be doing?

Following a thorough development programme of college and office based study, you will be reporting to the commercial teams working alongside the contract delivery team. You will ensure the contractual control, cost management, profitability and cash management of combined schemes. The role will involve assessing contract risk with site teams, assisting with the valuation and submissions of claims for variation works and ensuring that cash flow is maximised and payments are received in good time.

What we're looking for:

We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo, someone who is commercially aware and has an interest in understanding quantities. You will be good with numbers and able to build relationships quickly with suppliers and operational teams. Candidates will need to hold or have predicted GCSE (or equivalent) grades 4 (C) or above in English language, maths, science, and two others.
