Rare and exciting role on offer for a Graduate looking to join a global manufacturing company where you will be given excellent training and development, whilst progressing your career into the Production Manager.
Do you have a degree in any engineering discipline such as mechanical, manufacturing, agricultural, chemical, brewing or a distilling degree? Are you looking for full training to become a technical expert within this industry?
This award winning manufacturer operate in the FMCG industry where they supply food solutions to specialist sectors. They have an excellent reputation within the industry and are known to look after their staff. They have recently invested over GBP50m in the construction of two malting facilities and they have further exciting expansions plans planned. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an ambitious Graduate that they can train and develop.
In this role you will report directly to the Plant Manager and act as his 'under study' where he will train, develop and nurture you to become a highly skilled engineer and eventually give you an opportunity to progress. This is a varied role where you will maintain environmental and plant systems, product safety and product quality.
This fantastic opportunity would ideally suit a Degree Educated individual with an engineering or science based degree with a desire to undertake extensive training and once trained to become a technical expert, you will be given a clear route to progress into the Production Manager.
The Role:
Full training provided
Assist in the maintenance or Product Safety, Product Quality and Health & Safety systems
GBP24,000 - GBP28,000 + Full Training provided + Progression + Excellent Benefits

The Person:
Must be educated to a degree level
Must have a driver's license
Must live local to Witham or serious about relocating
