I am working with a well known and established business based in Sheffield in the recruitment of an Office Administrator

The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to the team and have a positive and professional attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

•File management, maintaining the filing system at all times and maintaining off site store records.

•Sorting and distributing post accordingly.

•Taking telephone calls and directing or taking messages as appropriate.

•Keeping accurate records and updating and maintaining spreadsheets.

•Data inputting case information on in house systems.

•Other ad hoc administration duties to support the team.

•Work with the team with a flexible approach to support where needed - including covering absence.

The ideal candidate:

•Previous experience working in an office environment.

•Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach to working.

•Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•Willingness to learn.

•Flexible and enthusiastic approach with the ability to work as part of a team.
