What we are looking for:

You will be:

•Strong communication skills and high attention to detail

•Prior Business Development and sales experience is compulsory

•A background in Recruitment in any of the above sectors would be beneficial

Your key responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:

•Generate leads and follow up with outbound sales calls

•Attend Client Sales meetings and Client Review meetings

•Appointment setting

•To promote Faulkner Scott's services and capabilities to prospective clients.

•To review and understand client requirements and potential business opportunities over

the phone.

•Communicate effectively with your team to pass on details of specific client


•Accurately record and log all information obtained from sales calls and maintain

efficient administrative procedures using the company record management system

•To achieve pre-determined daily call targets and KPI's

•Strong negotiation and relationship skills

•Possess a strong understanding of our services, our competition in the industry and


•Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on competitors

•Excellent organisational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting

Whilst CPS Group remains an IT specialist, FaulknerScott fulfils client demand on roles within Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain & Procurement and Operations & Administration.
