We are seeking a PMO Project Controls Analyst on behalf of our client based in Aberdeen for 12 month contract opportunity.

PIMS essential, Risk & change management experience beneficial, large projects. Operator background rather than service provider preferred. Data management/ information management. No direct reports.

Role Overview

Manage/Implement the centralized project information system (PIMS) across regions. Manage the project portfolio and individual project operating rhythms Drive consistency across project registers (risk, MoC, interface, actions, NCRs, decisions and punch-lists) Maintain key project documentation (FDP, EIA, PEP, BoD, Organization Charts) Coordinate project reporting and interfaces to co-investors and regulatory authorities Coordinate project reviews, assurance, pre-read and action closure Support project controls in cost and schedule integration Support HSEQ in incident reporting, inspection and test planning

Project Controls Analyst (PMO)

Support and build the PMO office to deliver Project Services to Capital Projects

Provide industry leading systems, simple procedures and guidelines that enable efficient Project Management

Drive Risk Management, MoC, etc. in accordance with above procedures, through facilitated project workshops and 1:1s, to deliver consistency across the full project portfolio, allowing simple roll up.

Assist the PMO manager in building a function that supports project delivery and provides leadership with a succinct view of the project portfolio

To influence and guide the transition from legacy systems to fit-for-purpose project management platforms.

Manage/Implement the centralized project information system (PIMS).

Essential

PIMS system 'Super User' or equivalent through previous experience.
Implemented project risk and opportunity management, including facilitation of risk and opportunity workshops.
Implemented effective Management of Change within major development, decommissioning, or major modification projects.
Supported Projects in assurance/reviews from both a project controls perspective but also general readiness/coordination and planning.
Interacted/managed contractor project services functions, including subsequent analysis and assimilation of data for project and portfolio management.
Competent in compiling Capital Project
