My client is a well-established Independent Lettings Agency in Portsmouth, Hampshire. They are looking for a Property Manager to join their team in to help manage a large portfolio of fully managed property.

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the Lettings industry, property management and be aware of the relevant legislation. You will be a highly motivated individual; professional at all times with the self-confidence to deal with people at all levels firmly. You will need to be very organized, with an eye for detail and an excellent telephone manner is essential.
