Company Commercial Solicitor
Our client based in the Cardiff area are currently looking for a Company Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team.
ROLE PURPOSE
- To provide a quality service to the Firm's clients to meet the needs of the Company and Commercial department and help it achieve its financial and other targets
-To self-manage as required so as to operate at optimum efficiency to ensure personal financial and other targets are met
- To develop expertise in your specialism
- To build strong beneficial relationships with clients and referrers of Company and Commercial work to the Firm
REQUIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
-1yr to 5yr PQE in a Company and Commercial department.
- Experience in Corporate work is particularly desirable.
- Able to carry own caseload Business development skills
- Professionalism and courtesy with clients and colleagues
- Self-management, problem solving and initiative
- Flexibility
- IT literacy including audio typing and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Team work
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work within deadlines
- Communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
