I have a really exciting and busy recruitment role (inhouse) based in Watford for a Nationwide company. This is extremely fast paced so I am seeking candidates who are up for a challenge! Working in newly refurbished offices and lovely team too. Candidates must have excellent sourcing skills and come from an agency or in house role.

Requirements:

* In House or Agency recruitment experience

* Highly organised for a fast paced working environment

* Ability to keep a cool clear head

* Fantastic team player

* Ability to communicate on all levels

* Building strong relationships with managers

* Confident in chasing for feedback

* Manager and update all applications

* Advertising jobs

* Referencing
