My client is seeking a highly motivated, confident, friendly and pro-active individual to work within their Operations Support Team as a Complaints Officer. Some of the key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the complaints process
* The investigation, analysis and reporting of breaches of data and results of customer satisfaction surveys
* Collating and monitoring operational KPI's/SLA's
* Preparation of monthly bank charges accruals, reconciling invoices before payment and raising anomalies
The successful candidate will need to have significant experience in a Financial Services environment, specifically within an operational banking team. You will also:
* Have an eye for detail with a focus on accuracy
* Possess strong analytical skills
* Are able to manage and prioritise your workload
