Recruitment Resourcer (Graduate Trainee) - Specialist IT Resourcing, Training Provided, Sales Skills Required - Manchester M1 - GBP18-20k + bonus + bens
Essential Recruitment is a specialist recruitment consultancy supporting a variety of UK and European clients with resourcing expertise across all aspects of IT and Business Change. We have an outstanding client portfolio and a robust pipeline of work highlighting an urgent need for a high-calibre individual to join our team as a Project Resource Co-ordinator.
Recruitment Resourcer Role and Responsibilities:
- Identifying new, relevant candidates for specialist disciplines within IT and Business Change, initiating contact with these candidates and adding them to our network
- Sourcing these specialist candidates via a variety of media including our internal database, advertising, networking, referrals, Linked In, job boards, social media etc.
- Adequately qualifying potential candidates for "live" requirements and taking them through our standard due diligence process, including referencing
- Managing candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process and subsequently managing our relationship with them
- Networking for referrals and leads
- Promoting Essential Recruitment's brand within the market as a professional, reliable business partner with a reputation for ethical delivery
Recruitment Resourcer Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication, presentation and sales skills with commercial experience in a sales-orientated role
- Self-starting entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work well within a very focussed team
- An obvious aptitude for building long term relationships
- Positive attitude with desire to succeed and a demonstrable results/achievement focus
- Confidence in dealing with senior professionals in IT/ Business Change
- High energy and a personable, outgoing character
The major qualities required for success in Recruitment are drive and motivation. We would be happy to train suitable candidates in the all phases of the recruitment cycle and in IT/ Business Change. Evidence of success in a sales-orientated role (be that a permanent position or an industrial placement) will be required
