Semi-skilled Operatives
Forde Recruitment are pleased to be working alongside a multi-award winning company whose expertise lie in the design and manufacture of hip, shoulder and revision replacement components. Due to business growth and order increase, we are searching for semi-skilled operatives to join their existing team.
As a Semi-skilled Operative working in the coating shop, it is imperative you have excellent eye for detail, great hand eye coordination and are able to follow a process to the T.
You don't need to have any specific qualifications or experience, so don't be put out if you haven't worked on a shop floor before - what you do need is a good work ethic, be able to communicate with colleagues to keep work flowing efficiently, and be an eager, keen learner. You'll be trained and shown exactly what you need to do; the rest is in your hands.
A modern, clean and team focused environment, you will be well looked after and under excellent leadership.
In return for your consistent and hard work???
* You'll receive a salary of GBP19,000 per annum
* You will work some decent hours (early finish on a Friday, bonus!) - 0700 to 1530 Monday to Thursday, 0700 to 1230 on a Friday
* Along with your salary you will receive private healthcare and a 4% pension contribution by the business
* Additional training (where necessary)
* Sick pay up to 6 months after 2 years continuous service
