Superb career opportunity to join as a billing Divisional Manager within our current Perms team.
We have big plans to grow our small, but well-established, manufacturing and engineering recruitment business this year, and are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Divisional Recruitment Manager to run our Perms team.
This is a new role and you'll be responsible for continuing to grow and develop this division, maximising employee effectiveness and delivering the Perms division budget. Your passion will still lie within hands on recruitment, being able to make your mark by growing a division whilst leading by example and seeing the success of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and developing the Permanent Division
* Developing business, as well as the team, to secure and win new business and PSL's
* Networking to identify new business opportunities using the existing client database
* Formulating and managing recruitment strategies
* Ensuring each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to Client expectation.
* Effectively demonstrating best practices and promoting brand awareness
* Meeting and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong Commercial awareness
* Previous experience in managing people to meet their potential is essential
* Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and astute.
* Strong account management skills
* Excellent communication & networking skills
* Attention to detail in all aspects for work
* Creative thinking
* Strong team player
* Ability to analyse and report accurately
A minimum of 2 years in Recruitment and at least 1 year's management experience is essential for this role.
