We are working on behalf of an organisation centrally located in Basingstoke who are seeking an experienced Resource Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
Duties
* Liaise with various departmental managers / practice leads on a weekly basis for resource capacity planning across Europe, and for all EMEA projects.
* Obtain and manage authorities for provision of staff. Collates and monitors in line with company policy and in conjunction with project managers, necessary e-mails or contracts permitting the assignment of resources
* Maintain and update all resourcing and related systems, continually validated and containing all relevant data to ensure MI reporting is accurate.
* Manage and maintain the relationships for sourcing external staff via channel partners, agencies or internal HR.
* Engage with contract agencies and 3rd Party resource providers, where in-house resources are not available, including making sure they are sending a suitably skilled and knowledgeable resource to do the work.
* Create analytical reports
* Manage the approval process for resource loads on new EMEA projects
* Work with the Sales and Client Partner teams to keep on top of new work coming in, and manage their expectations in regards to resource availability.
* Hold weekly meetings/conference calls for UK & European Resource Planning.
* Attend global resource meetings, representing the UK & Europe.
* General administration duties and ad hoc tasks.
Knowledge & Experience
* Experience of working in a coordination type role.
* Technical knowledge with good infrastructure, software and operating system knowledge.
* Client liaison on a business and technical level.
* Experience in dealing with personnel from varying backgrounds and environments including sales, technical, third parties, clients, etc.
* Good excel and analytical skills.
* Experience working with FinancialForce/SalesForce systems (preferred but not essential).
Personal Attributes
* Confident telephone manner and communication skills.
* High organisational skills.
* Be vigilant with excellent attention to detail.
* Passionate, perseverance, determined.
* Self-motivated, disciplined and enthusiastic to learn.
* Understanding the importance of business processes and compliance.
