This is an interesting and varied role within a professional organisation based in central London
To be responsible for the administration of the organisation's Apprenticeship programmes (Level 7 and Level 4 respectively), ensuring successful delivery of the End-Point Assessments , the issuing of the results and liaison with appropriate stakeholders. Effective administrative support for the students particularly in relation to the final exams.
To be responsible for the end-to-end organisation and management of the End-Point Assessment for the organisation and part of the End-Point Assessment overall. This includes booking centres, organising candidate information and invigilation and delivery of centre material and ultimately results. This also means administering the Project Report.
To prepare and produce documentation for any quality audit and inspections and to be the main point of contact for all such visits.
To be able to fully explain and respond to queries on apprenticeships to a range of audiences including: employers, apprentices, prospective apprentices, tuition providers and colleagues internally.
To invigilate for the exams in the London venue.
Send material from Apprentices for marking to Independent Assessors (or alert them that it is available in the electronic marking programme/platform) and be their main point of contact; organising payment for them on a regular basis.
Liaise with the Apprenticeship Lead Examiner as required, together with any third party consultants as necessary.
To ensure appropriate information is available on the websites and for meetings working with others as appropriate.
To attend internal and external meetings regarding the Apprenticeships, build effective relationships with all stakeholders.
Dealing with matters relating to students, exams and administration and relevant work.
Responding to the student queries.
Ensuring accurate recording of data where appropriate.
Administration related to extended essays.
Assistance with end-to-end administration of the exam process, with particular responsibility for administering exam preparation, marking processes, candidate communications, publication of results, exam records and statistics.
Managing exam withdrawals due to special circumstances.
Managing post-exam result circumstances.
Help as required with exam invigilation.
Such other duties relating to students and examinations as may be assigned by the Director of Education.
Liaising as appropriate with other teams.
Work for other teams (as may be assigned).
