Behind our highly-experienced team of lawyers and legal support staff is our Business Support Department covering a wide range of functions which underpin all activities in the firm; from Facilities, ICT and Operations to Marketing, HR and Finance.

Following an investment in state of the art PMS and Document Management systems an opportunity has arisen for a Systems Trainer to join our ambitious law firm and great Operations team based in St Austell.

Our Systems Trainer will coordinate and deliver staff training in PMS and Document Management as well as Knowledge Management resources to ensure the potential is maximised and staff are empowered to utilise the tools available. The role will involve delivering onsite as well as remote training and refresher sessions to individuals and groups across all of Coodes offices.

By working closely with the Business Support team our Systems Trainer will enable the firm to become more productive through better use of its systems and workflows, will ensure training needs are monitored on an ongoing basis and continually Improved.

The role will require knowledge of modern law firm business processes and workflows, excellent ICT skills and experience of Document Management Systems. An understanding of project management would be advantageous.

The successful candidate must be able to travel to all Coodes Offices using own transport (expenses paid). Prior experience as a Systems or IT Trainer would be beneficial as would knowledge of legal software. Applicants with recognised teaching or training certification (such as TAP, Cert Ed, PTTLS, CTTLS, DTTLS) will be preferred.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 09.00 – 17.00 (35 hours per week). However, if this is your dream job but 9-5 doesn’t work for you, include in your application the working pattern which best works for you. Reduced hours and or job share can be considered for the right candidates.
