What's the role?

It's an exciting time to join the Communications team. We've brought together three organisations in the last 12 months to create a new-look Bromford, we're going through a huge transformation project and we have a brand new corporate strategy. Now we have this new position for a communications specialist to join this evolving team.

We are looking for someone with bags of energy, enthusiasm and experience - someone who will provide honest and trusted advice to support our colleagues. You'll turn ideas into action delivering high impact material which exceeds expectations and actively promote the brand

You will be:

* Creating and delivering digital campaigns to raise our profile and create awareness
* Developing engaging content for both on and offline communications
* Offering specialist coaching to colleagues to support digital contact and channel development
* Providing brand guidance to colleagues, ensuring communications are on brand and aligned to the strategy
* Monitor digital content, supporting colleagues to enhance and maximise SEO impact
* Embedding the social media strategy, offering specialist support and advice

What do you need?

* Degree level or equivalent experience
* CIM additional qualifications or willing to work towards these
* 5 years working in communications either freelance or client facing
* Excellent communication skills, able to get the best out of others to meet project brief.
