We are looking for an enthusiastic friendly customer focused person to deliver training on our portfolio of communication solutions. The right candidate will have the confidence to present to groups of customers and in one on one scenarios. They will have the ability to adapt training methods to meet all levels of ability. Previous experience is not essential but would be helpful. 

The ideal candidate for this role must have:

  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage varied workload
  • Good administration ability
  • Flexibility
  • Ability to travel within the UK, overnight stay may be required
  • Good working IT knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer facing role
  • Full UK driving licence
