Up to £26,260 per annum

Our client is looking for an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to act as a role model delivering a positive and professional learning, coaching or training experience to their colleagues.

A provider of affordable housing based in Kidderminster, they have a much broader portfolio of activities than just a landlord. They support a diverse range of clients and customers with Housing, Care and 24/7 Assistive Technology services as well as undertaking employment programmes and community sustainability projects, housebuilding, refurbishment and repairs, grounds maintenance and doors and windows manufacturing.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will work with key stakeholders to identify, procure and monitor the outcomes of employee learning and development. You will be motivated, enthusiastic and have experience of working in either corporate training or the education sector.

You will have level 2 qualifications including Maths and English, be competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite and have excellent communication skills. A professional qualification in learning and development and experience in identifying and facilitating Health and Safety training would be highly desirable.

Due to the nature of this work, an enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for successful applicants.

*Subject to satisfactory performance in this role, incremental progression may be available on a two-yearly basis. Currently the top of this grade is £30,075 per annum.

Employees must have satisfactorily completed 16 weeks of their probation period before being considered for other posts within the organisation.
