Due to our client's organic growth Trak Employment Solutions are currently recruiting x2 Telemarketers who have experience within the IT & Telecomms sector.
our client works alongside market-leading network operators, carriers and IT vendors to provide innovative business communication solutions. Whether it's Hosted or Fixed Telephone services, Connectivity, Mobile Airtime, M2M or IoT, they ensure their clients receive the best results possible.
Responsibilities
*
Win new business through pro-active outbound telephone activity and to manage new and existing relationships, selling the complete range of products and services.
*
To build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and to report accurate lead generation forecasts on a weekly basis to Sales management.
*
To operate in according with all processes and procedures at all times.
*
To make recommendations to customers on the best solutions.
Key Skills and Attributes
*
Pro-active outbound telesales experience
*
Ability to work to time sensitive deadlines
*
Ability to work to Daily, Weekly and Monthly key performance indicators and reporting thereof
Desirable Experience
*
Previous experience of working in an IT Sales role
*
Some knowledge of Networking and Wireless Networking
*
Some knowledge of Software
*
Some experience of working within the IT & Telecomms sector
