Swindon Based with regular travel to London

40 Hours per week

Our client is a leading HR provider based in Swindon, provide outsourced HR support to a range of businesses throughout the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Recruitment specialist. The vacancy will be based in Swindon with regular travel to customers premises in Swindon and London.

Our client's employees are exceptional HR professionals, with expert employment law knowledge. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of commercial awareness and an understanding of how recruitment fits within our client's commercial needs. Providing a Best Practice business development and recruitment practice to clients in a range of business sectors.

Main Duties

* Conduct face to face meetings with the client to conduct clear job profiling to understand the role, the culture of their business and working style of the line manager fully.

* Create and write Job Descriptions.

* Placement of advertisements on job boards and social media.

* Conduct pro-active candidate searches, through CV Library and other means.

* Sifting of CVs.

* Conduct Head Hunt Searches for senior and technical roles.

* Conduct telephone and video interviews.

* Collate applications and forward to the client.

* Coordination and scheduling of selection process and interviews.

* Conduct skills and psychometric testing for candidates where appropriate.

* Attend face to face interviews with clients, if required.

* Production of standard response letters to applicants.

* Negotiate fair, reasonable and professional offers to candidates.

* Provide clear and regular feedback to clients throughout the recruitment cycle.

* Ensure candidates and clients have the best recruitment process journey experience.

* Identify the most appropriate means of marketing our recruitment offering to clients.

* Attend networking events.

* Be proactive and reactive on Social media to raise awareness of our recruitment offering and to jump on opportunities that present themselves on different social media platforms.

* Develop the HR Dept City and Central London web pages to drive traffic to the site and to promote the business, including setting up and analysing landing pages.

* Create marketing campaigns to provide leads.

* Attend events and exhibitions to promote our services.

* Take every lead to gain client meetings.

* Attend Potential and existing client meetings to close new recruitment requirements.

* Deliver Recruitment and Selection training to new and existing clients.

* Develop Recruitment Best Practice Systems, policies and procedures in line with clients' business, our business, culture and requirements.

Requirement, Qualification, Abilities and Skills

A seasoned recruitment professional who has "learnt their trade" in a recruitment agency environment.

Provide advice on recruitment related issues with clarity, confidence and accuracy whilst being very decisive.

High level of Recruitment law knowledge, ensuring this is always kept up to date.

An innate ability to turn a vague brief into a clear description and knowledge of the role and ideal candidate.

Good level of Presentation skills.

Strong organisation skills.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.

Confident and clear telephone manner and skills.

A "can do" approach to all dealings with clients and potential clients.

Tenacious and determined with a pleasant manner.

Professional with high influencing skills with clients and candidates alike.

A hardworking team player, supportive and sharing workloads to ensure that all work gets closed within committed timeframes.

Enjoys having fun and will have a natural likeable working style.
